- Project Period: 2006~2012
- Project Investment: 1.418 trillion KRW (construction expense: 1.024 trillion KRW/compensation 339.4 billion KRW)
- Expected Population: 50,000 (20,000 households) – density: 69 persons per ha
- Relocated Public Agencies: 17 Agencies including Korean Electric Power Corporation and Korean Agriculture Corporation
- Project Implementation: Public Development (Korean Land Corporation, Gwangju City Corporation and Jeollanam-do Development Corporation)
