- Project Implementation: 5 dedicated corporations including Southwest Coast Leisure Co., Ltd.
- Major Facilities: F1 Circuit, Leisure Sport Complex, Health Resort Complex, golf Course, swimming pools, cycling trails, fishing venues, etc

- Constructing world class tourism/leisure city targeting fast growing Northeast tourist market.
