• Major facilities: race track, pits, paddocks, media center, spectator stands, etc.
• Required budget: 340 billion KRW
• Business period: July 2007 ~ July 2010
• Spread effect: 200,000 spectators per race, induced revenues of 257.9 billion KRW/year, induced employment of 2,570 persons a year

Promising businesses

• Share (capital) participation in the operating corporation as a third enterprise
• Tourist hotels and casinos for foreigners within the F1 site
• Tuning business and parts firms related to motorsports
