  • Location: the whole area comprising Geumcheon- and Sanpo-myeon, Naju-City in Jeollanam-do (7,316,000 ㎡)
  • Project cost: 1.651 trillion KRW (land cost of 469.2 billion KRW / build-up cost of 1.182 trillion KRW)
  • Planned population: 50,000 persons (20,000 households), population density of 69 persons per ha
  • Public institutions to be moved in: fixed moving-in of 17 institutions including Korea Electric Power Corporation and Korea Rural Community Corporation
  • Project implementation : public development (Korea Land Corporation, Gwangju Municipal Corporation, Jeonnam Development Corporation)
